What’s included in my personalized health plan? You will receive a personalized plan after each consult that includes specific treatments or recommendations from your naturopathic doctor. Your personalized health plan often emphasizes targeted nutritional and lifestyle interventions. Your health plan may also include dietary supplements, botanical medicines, and homeopathy, as well as therapeutic movements, hydrotherapy, and mindfulness practices.

Are services covered by my health insurance?Your Spero providers do not accept health insurance. However, we can provide you with the necessary information (superbills and insurance codes) to seek reimbursement from your insurer. Please let us know if you would like a superbill for your appointment. Medicare and Medicaid do not reimburse services provided by naturopathic doctors in Idaho.

Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?Yes! We accept health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) cards as payment for services, labs, and supplements. HSA/FSA cards are accepted as payment for supplements sold at Spero Naturopathic Medicine and through our online medicinary on Fullscript.
